BOSTON – Binghamton locked up the No. 1 seed for the 2026 America East Baseball Championship over the weekend and UMass Lowell became the fifth team to secure a spot in the field. Just one week remains in the regular season before the tournament takes place May 20-23 in Vestal, N.Y.

- Had a 1.000 OPS with 6 RBI last week including sweep of Maine.
- Belted two homers and drove in five runs in Sunday’s win to help the River Hawks complete the series sweep.

Pitcher of the Week
Alfred Mucciarone, UMass Lowell – Jr., Pitcher, Franklin, Mass.
- Threw a complete game, six-hit shutout in win over Maine Friday. Walked just two and struck out two.

Rookie of the Week
Rowin O’Connor, NJIT – R-Fr., Third Baseman, Seattle, Wash.
- Had a 1.417 OPS last week.
- Hit .417 with two home runs, three RBIs and three runs scored in a week where the Highlanders upset No.22 Boston College.
- This is O’Connor’s second #AEBASE Rookie of the Week honor of the season.
