The America East Conference today announced a multi-year partnership to enhance coverage of the conference’s championships across multiple sports and provide full-season men’s and women’s basketball content. Under the agreement, each America East member school will gain access to WePlayed’s content management system (CMS) for conference basketball and postseason games, alongside the conference office’s highlight and distribution workflows.
The collaboration will enhance the fan experience and improve content efficiency across field hockey, women’s volleyball, men’s and women’s soccer, baseball, softball, and men’s and women’s lacrosse, while giving fans season-long basketball highlights through the new CMS integration. Together, the America East and WePlayed Sports are modernizing how championship and season-long stories are shared.
