Need to Know: In Mid-week action UMass lowell, and New Hampshire logged one-goal victories over Wofford and Lindenwood, respedctively: while UAlbany poured in 16 goals against Wagner in a 12-point victory. Bryant edged Vermont, 8–7, in league play due in large part to Emily DeGeorge and Ashling Marshall combining for six goals UAlbany found the back of the net eight times in the first quarter en route to a 16–9 victory over New Hampshire. UMBC and Binghamton were tied three times throughout the game, but the Retrievers used a five-goal third quarter to put the Bearcats away, 12–7. Looking Ahead UMass Lowell and New Hampshire are set to host midweek non-conference games, while Bryant will take a quick trip to Providence for an in-state matchup. UMBC will travel to Vermont on Friday, while UAlbany and Binghamton will host UMass Lowell and New Hampshire, respectively. #AEWLAX Weekly Award Winners – Mar. 16 Offensive Player of the Week Tess Curtis, UMBC – So., Midfield, Westminster, Md. Recorded four points on four goals in the conference-opening victory over New Hampshire. Had an assist earlier in the week in the 16-4 win over Wagner.
