#AEWLAX Week 2: Four Programs Earn Victories

BOSTON – Four programs earned victories last week, highlighted by UMass Lowell going 2-0 and newcomer Bryant securing its first win as a part of the America East.

UMass Lowell continued its strong start to the year with a 13-7 win over Merrimack and then took down Holy Cross 12-11. Binghamton had the most impressive victory of any team, using a second half surge to blow open a close game against Pitt, 11-5. Bryant beat Merrimack 17-4 and UMBC edged Bucknell 12-10. Bryant, meanwhile, went 1-1 in his opening week as a part of the America East. This week 12 more non-conference games take place.
