BOSTON – The America East is excited to announce its 2022-23 Championship Schedule, featuring the dates and locations for all of its 18 conference championships.
Ten champions will be crowned at predetermined sites this academic year while field hockey, men’s soccer, women’s soccer, volleyball, men’s basketball, women’s basketball, men’s lacrosse and women’s lacrosse championships will be hosted by the highest remaining seed. During the fall, UMBC will serve as the host for the men’s and women’s cross country championship, which will take place at Jerusalem Mill Park on Saturday, Oct. 29.
The men’s and women’s indoor track & field championship will take place Feb. 18-19 at The Track at New Balance in Boston, one of the premier track & field facilities in the entire country. The following weekend, WPI will once again host the men’s and women’s swimming championship, from Feb. 22-25.
In the spring, the men’s and women’s outdoor track & field championship will be hosted by UAlbany from May 6-7. Three-time defending champion UMBC will serve as the host of the 2023 Softball championship from May 10-13, while Binghamton will host the baseball championship May 24-27 in its brand new baseball facility.
