Softball 2/17/2022 2:38:34 PM Three #AESB Teams Kick Off 2022 Seasons BOSTON – The 2022 softball season is off and running! Three #AESB teams got their seasons underway last week and all three got wins. Binghamton and UMass Lowell each went 3-2 on opening weekend while Hartford also picked up a victory. Three more teams, UAlbany, Maine and UMBC start their campaigns this weekend with the Retrievers hosting four games. Select games will air on The AE on ESPN while others will air on AmericaEast.TV. Compiled a 1.750 OPS in five games a .500 on base percentage with three home runs. Drove in five runs and scored four runs. This is L’Amoreaux’s first career Player of the Week honor. Pitcher of the Week Ryley White, UMass Lowell – Jr., Pitcher, Wareham, Mass. Went 2-0 with a 2.05 ERA in 13 2/3. Struck out 14. This is White’s first Pitcher of the Week honor of the season. Rookie of the Week Alayna Harbaugh, Binghamton – Fr., Outfielder, Cicero, N.Y. Went 7-for-15 with a .467/.500/.667 slash line in five games. Hit three doubles and stole three bases.
