Five teams each have four wins at the top of the #AEHoops standings. Need to Know UMBC held Binghamton to 1-for-14 from three to snap the Bearcats four-game win streak with a 64-58 victory on Saturday. On Thursday UMBC handed Bryant its first conference loss with a 55-47 victory as well. Jade Tillaman registered double-doubles in both games. NJIT opened Thursday with a 68-57 win against UMass Lowell and then took down Bryant 78-65 to improve 4-2 in #AEHoops action. Olivia Kulyk 22.5 points and 6.0 rebounds per game to pace the team. Vermont edged Maine 64-53 on Thursday and then beat UAlbany for the second time this year, 60-49, moving to 4-1 in conference play. Five different players reached double figures between the two contests. Maine rebounded from its Thursday loss to Vermont with a 73-51 victory over New Hampshire with 32 points from Adrianna Smith. Binghamton edged UAlbany 63-61 on Thursday for its fourth conference victory of the year. Vermont and Binghamton are tied atop the conference standings with matching 4-1 records. Bryant, NJIT and Maine sit just one game back in the loss column with 4-2 records. Looking Ahead: Vermont faces UMass Lowell at 11 a.m. on Thursday, while NJIT hosts UMBC, Binghamton welcomes New Hampshire and Maine travels to UAlbany. On Saturday, UMass Lowell is home against UMBC, while Bryant travels to Vermont, Binghamton hosts Maine and UAlbany welcomes New Hampshire. 2025-26 Weekly Award Winners (Jan. 19) Player of the Week Jade Tillman, UMBC – Jr., Forward, Rockville, Md. Averaged 21.0 points, 10.5 rebounds and 1.5 steals per game in wins over previously unbeaten Bryant and Binghamton. Posted 21 points and 10 rebounds with two assists in a 55-47 win against Bryant. Had 21 points, 11 rebounds, three steals and one block in a 64-68 victory over Binghamton. This is Tillman’s first #AEHoops Player of the Week honor this season. Rookie of the Week Heidi Williams – Fr., Guard, Prince George's County, Md. Averaged 11.5 points, 5.5 rebounds and 2.0 steals per game in a 2-0 week. Finished with 17 points, six rebounds and three steals as UMBC handed Binghamton its first conference loss on Saturday. This is Williams’ fourth #AEHoops Rookie of the Week honor.
