? Boston University defeated Albany, 17-9, to win its third-straight America East Women’s Lacrosse Championship and sixth overall at LaValle Stadium in Stony Brook, N.Y.

? Boston University traveled to No. 4 Penn for the NCAA Women’s Lacrosse Championship, where the Terriers’ nine-game winning streak came to an end. It marked the third-straight appearance for the Terriers. Only Duke, Maryland, Northwestern, Princeton and Virginia have longer active streaks of consecutive NCAA appearances.

? Sophomore Sarah Dalton of Boston University was named to the IWLCA All-American third team. She was one of seven America East representatives on the All-Region team.

? Vermont’s Kristen Millar led the country in draw controls per game (5.35) and ranks 6th among the all-time leaders.
