? Barry Neville’s penalty kick in the first overtime was the game’s lone goal as Binghamton defeated Vermont, 1-0, to win the America East Men’s Soccer Championship for the second time in four years.

? Two second-half goals were the difference as Harvard defeated Binghamton, 2-1, in the First Round of the NCAA Men’s Soccer Championship. America East teams had won at least one game in the NCAA Championship in each of the previous five years.

? Stephan Hall of Albany and Corey Bronner of Vermont were named to the ESPN The Magazine/CoSIDA Academic All-America team. Hall was named to the first team and Bronner was chosen for the third team.

? Zach Kirby of Boston University was chosen by the Los Angeles Galaxy in the Major League Soccer Draft. Kirby joined former Terrier Andy Dorman of the New England Revolution in the top soccer league in the United States.

? Kirby was the lone first-team choice among 10 America East players on the NSCAA/adidas All-Region team.
