- UMass Lowell men outscored UMBC, 3-1, in overtime to improve to 2-0 in conference play with a 73-61 win over the Retrievers.
- Vermont men also improved to 2-0 in conference action, topping Maine 68-54 at the Portland Expo Center. Ethan O'Day and Dre Wills combined for 29 points in the win.
- Albany women moved to 2-0 in conference play with a 76-65 victory over New Hampshire at home. It was just the fourth home game this year for the Great Danes.
