- Vermont men shot 68 percent from the field en route to an 84-76 win over Siena, which was picked second in the MAAC preseason poll, Monday.
- Amber Bepko scored 20 points to lead Hartford to a 75-63 win at Central Conn. State Monday. The Hawks, who improved to 2-0 on the season, shot 49 percent from the floor, their best output since December of 2012.
- Stony Brook looks to move to 2-0 for the third-straight year when it visits Georgia in an NIT Season Tip Off game Tuesday at 7 p.m. The game will be televised live on SEC Network.
- New Hampshire hosts Thomas in its home opener at 7 p.m. The game will air on AmericaEast.TV.
