In the third episode of "America East Online", the show hit the road as part of the opening week of the college basketball season. America East Online is a 20-minute web-only show which features all nine of the conference's campuses and highlights athletics, academics and leadership.

The third episode kicks off with a look at the recently completed America East Men's Soccer Championship. Interview with UMBC junior midfielder Andrew Bulls and UMBC head coach Pete Caringi provide insight into the championship game against New Hampshire, as well as a look at the mindset of the team heading into the NCAA Tournament.

With Stony Brook recently participating in the ESPN 24-Hour Tip Off Marathon, the next segment provides behind the scenes access as the Seawolves prepared for a 6 a.m. game against Monmouth. Stony Brook head coach Steve Pikiell, junior guard Bryan Dougher and junior forward Al Rapier all discussed the unique preparation and attitude that goes into playing at such a unique start time.

This episode introduces a new segment in which student-athletes from across the conference are featured. The episode wraps up with another edition of the Best of U. segment. This Best of U. highlights the work down by SAAC at a local homeless shelter in Boston. The segment features interviews with America East commissioner Patrick Nero and SAAC Chair Maggie Sabatino, as the members of SAAC work to clean up and paint at a homeless shelter.

The show, hosted by America East's Max Mandel, will be available on Wednesdays at least every other week throughout the academic year, including weekly during the basketball season.
