Q. Why I Chose Boston University:
A- I chose BU because of the location, members on the B.U. Men’s Basketball Team, academic reputation and athletic reputation.

Q. Favorite class and why:
A- Currently: Intermediate Macroeconomics: I enjoy looking at how small decisions made by individual firms or people can affect entire economies of various countries. I also like how the class ties in current issues (i.e. new U.S. stimulus package, global recession) into the course.

Q. One thing I have learned at Boston University that I will carry with me for the rest of my life is:
A- The ability to effectively allocate my time; a skill I have picked up, in large part, from being a student-athlete at B.U.

Q. My Dream Job, other than the NBA/WNBA, is:
A- There are many different dream jobs I have that pertain to all of my different interests.  One of them (off the top of my head) would be to become a finance minister representative in the G-7...I hope I don’t sound like a huge Nerd!!

Q. The person, other than my parents, who has had the most influence on me is, and why:
A- A high school economics professor of mine. He enlightened me to a lot of my current interests and taught the class in a very effective manner in which many students not only learned important economic lessons, but also pieces of advice that transcend our academic career.

Q. The best thing about being a BU Terrier is:
A-  All of the opportunities that a city like Boston provides is the best part of being a BU Terrier.

Q. Most memorable moment as an athlete:
A-Beating Vermont at Vermont during the 07-08 basketball season/ Playing Notre Dame down to the wire this year (08-09 season).

Q. What I did this week as a student (classes, tests, projects, study hall):
A-I attended all of my classes, studied for approaching midterms and completed several problem sets that were due in the different economics courses I am currently taking.

Q. What I did this week as an athlete (practice, games):
A- I had a basketball game in Vermont and in Boston (against U of Vermont and Binghamton University) and had several practices with weight sessions afterwards.

Q. Based upon my experiences growing up, my advice for young kids about school and athletics is:
A- My advice would be to make sure you are able to allocate sufficient time for school and athletics so that your focus is not lopsided. This way you can excel in both areas which will definitely be beneficial in your future.

Q. Why I am looking forward to the America East Basketball Championship:
A- I am looking forward to AE Championships because there is a great opportunity for our team to win and advance to the March Madness Tournament which is the goal of every NCAA D1 basketball team.
