A: I chose UAlbany because of the family atmosphere that I felt as soon as I met the players and coaches. Going to school so far from home it was important for me to fit in and feel good about my atmosphere. Coach Brown, his staff, and the team do a great job of making newcomers feel like part of the UAlbany family.

A: My favorite class is African Developing Nations because we learn about African countries becoming modernized as opposed to the condition that some may currently be in. It is an interesting class and it opens my eyes to the struggles of different geographical locations and countries throughout the world.

A: One thing that I have learned at UAlbany that I will carry with me for the rest of my life is to be early and not on time. Being early is being on time. If you are able to be punctual and have respect for not just other people’s time, but your own time, you will be successful.

A: My dream job other than to play in the NBA is to be an owner of an NBA team. To own a franchise would mean that I would be heavily involved in the decision making processes of that organization. I think that would be cool

A: This week as an athlete I practiced and prepared for our upcoming game against Maine. We have a long bus ride up to Maine this week but we are ready to play and redeem ourselves.

A: Based upon my experiences growing up, my advice for young kids about school and athletics is to find a good balance of both. Use athletics to make yourself a better person and a better player. The more you prepare for things inside the arena, the better prepared you will be for life outside of athletics.
