A: Discipline?you’re not going to get far in life with a bad attitude.

Q: My Dream Job, other than the NBA/WNBA, is...

Q: The person, other than my parents, who has had the most influence on me is, and why...
A: All of my basketball coaches have really made an impression on me. I try to take something away from every coach I’ve ever had and use it at the next level.

Q: The best thing about being a Hartford Hawks is...
A: I think it’s just a great opportunity to be in this environment. It’s a new experience for me. I’ve lived in Puerto Rico my entire life, so I was a little nervous going away to college in the United States. It’s been great, though, because everyone here has made me feel right at home.

Q: Most memorable moment as an athlete...
A: Representing Puerto Rico as a member of the national team in the U19 World Championships this past summer. It was a great experience playing against the best players in the world, and it helped me be more prepared for what college basketball would be like.

Q: What I did this week as a student (classes, tests, projects, study hall)...
A: I went to my classes and worked on a few papers in the library. I had to complete a four-page essay on poetry for my English class. I also have study hall every Monday, Wednesday and Friday.

Q: What I did this week as an athlete (practice, games)...
A: We had Sunday off after playing at Albany on Saturday. We then got back to practicing on Monday and did some lifting in the weight room. On Thursday we had a game at Stony Brook and then played New Hampshire at home on Sunday.

Q: Based upon my experiences growing up, my advice for young kids about school and athletics is...
A: There has to be a balance between school and athletics. If you have a talent you should take advantage of it because it could lead to a great education, and you will carry that with you for the rest of your life.

Q: Why I am looking forward to the America East Basketball Championship...
A: I think we have a great chance at winning a championship. I’m excited that I’ll get a chance to help our team achieve that goal.
