Q: Three Things I Can’t Live Without...
A: 1. Basketball ? Its been the biggest part of my life so far. It has brought me to so many interesting places and I have met so many lifelong friends through basketball. 2. My cell phone ? It’s important for me to keep in touch with my friends and family back home. Also, I love text messaging so I don’t think I would like to be without my phone for long periods of time. 3. Sweat pants ? I love my sweat pants because they are comfy, and I wear them every possible time I can.
Q: Why I Chose University of Vermont...
A: The basketball program has a great history and tradition. During my visit to campus the team was great and I had an immediate connection with them. Also, the coaching staff has a real passion for the game and I wanted to be a part of that. Finally the Canadian tradition here at UVM has been a strong and established one and I wanted to be a part of continuing that tradition.

A: I really like my sports nutrition class because the professor makes the class very enjoyable and fun to attend. I also learned a lot in the class everyday that helped me in my everyday life.

A: I have learned that you have to believe in yourself. If you believe in yourself then it doesn’t matter what others think about you. To have belief in yourself, means that nobody will be able to get in the way of your goals and dreams.
Q: My Dream Job, other than the NBA/WNBA, is...
A: Believe it or not, my dream job is to become a coach, either at the high school or the college level. I want to pass my knowledge and my love of the game to others.
Q: The person, other than my parents, who has had the most influence on me is, and why...
A: My current college teammate May Kotsopoulos. She has been there for me every time I needed help. Also, she is one of the few people that can put a smile on my face when I am upset or sad. In the past few years she has become more like a sister than a teammate. Finally, I respect her opinion and the way she is as a person. She has helped me to become a much better person.
Q: The best thing about being a UVM Catamount is...
A: I think the best thing is the feeling that of being part of a community. There is so much support for us with in the school and with in the Burlington community. Everyone here wants us to do well!
Q: Most memorable moment as an athlete...
A: When I was in my senior year in high school, we won a provincial club championship. It was great to win it with all of my teammates who I had played with since I was young.
Q: What I did this week as a student (classes, tests, projects, study hall)...
A: Monday ? I had two classes. I had to had in hand-in the homework I had due in Statistics class. I also went to study hall for a couple of hours. On Tuesday, I went to three classes and had to go to a group meeting to complete a group project. Wednesday was the same as Monday. Thursday, I went to study hall for 2 hours then I went to my three classes. Friday I had two tests and after my tests, I went to study hall for two hours and then went to my two classes.
Q: What I did this week as an athlete (practice, games)...
A: I had an individual basketball workout on Monday morning, then we had team practice in the afternoon. On Tuesday morning at 6:00 a.m. we had strength and conditioning as a team then we had a team practice later that afternoon. Thursday we had a team practice. Friday we had a 2 hr team practice with a strength and conditioning workout afterwards. Saturday we travelled to your away game and just relaxed. Sunday we had a shoot around in the morning and played our game that evening.
Q: Based upon my experiences growing up, my advice for young kids about school and athletics is...
A: You have to work hard and smart, no matter what you do. The people, who work the hardest and smartest, are the ones who usually come out on top.
Q: Why I am looking forward to the America East Basketball Championship...
A: I am a goal oriented person and my goal this year is to win the AE championship. That is what is motivating me in basketball right now.
