He defeated Matt Glasgow, of St. Joseph's, 4-6, 7-6 (4), 6-3 at No. 3 singles and won his No. 2 doubles matches as UMBC forged a 3-3 tie with the host Hawks in a match halted by darkness. UMBC pulled out a 4-3 win over the defending league champions. He has a six-match winning streak in tact in singles, and he and his partner Irfan Shamasdin have won ten straight doubles matches at the No. 2 position.
