Q:: The best thing about being a Maine Black Bear is...
A:: I love being on this year’s team. We have really come together as a unit, especially over the last week, and really started caring for and encouraging each other. This has been a year I won’t forget.
Q:: Most memorable moment as an athlete...
A:: Two moments have made me into the athlete I am. One is winning a state championship in high school. That gave me a taste of what it is like to be a champion and that is what I always strive for. Two would be when I seriously injured my knee. The experience of sitting on the bench my entire senior year of high school taught me a lot about patience and perseverance. It reminded me that any game or any play could be your last.
