A:: The reason I chose UAlbany is because of their grat academic and athletic programs. It was really exciting to see how successful the basketball team was last year when they captured the America East Championship and went on to play UConn in the first round of the NCAA tournament. I was also interested in majoring in communications and UAlbany has a great communications program. It just seemed like the right fit for me.

A:: My favorite class is African American Family because it is interesting and I enjoy learning about the dynamics of African American Families. I really like the professor, and because the class is so interesting the material comes very easy to me.

A:: One thing that I have learned at UAlbany that I will carry with me for the rest of my life is to ALWAYS work hard. I have learned the value of hard work both in the classroom and on the court. All of my successes as a student and as an athlete can be attributed to the hard work that I have put forth.
Q:: Other than playing in the NBA, my dream job is...
A:: My dream job, other than the NBA is to be a rock star. I would want to be the next P.Diddy because he us an entrepreneur and has his hands in so many aspects of the entertainment business. He is first and foremost an entertainer, but P.Diddy is also a producer, a CEO, a designer, and a humanitarian.
Q:: Other than my parents, the person who has had the most influence on me is and why...
A:: The person, other than my parents, who has had the most influence on me is my head high school coach because he was my father away from home. Coach helped instill in me the valure of hard work. He not only knows so much about the sport of basketball, but he has a genuine care for his athletes and he wants to see them succeed in all aspects of life. If it weren't for him, I wouldn't be as successful as I am today.

A:: The great thing about being a UAlbany Great Dane is being a part of a future dynasty. The basketball program at UAlbany has grown tremedously over the past few years. It is also exciting to think about the future of the program. I also enjoy being a Great Dance because I have met so many great people and basketball players. My team is my family and I am proud to be a part of such a great institution.

A:: My most memorable moment as an athlete is winning the high school section title for basketball. Even though that is my most memorable moment so far, I hope to experience even more memorable moments as a UAlbany Great Dane.

A:: This week I picked up my books at the bookstore and met with my instructors. Also, classes started last week, so I attended all of my classes for the first time. I got myself organized for the semester and began on some assigned reading that was given out the first few days of class.

A:: This week as an athlete I worked hard, practiced, and played; we won TWO league games. Today we are traveling to Boston University to hopefully garner another America East Conference win.

A:: My advise for young kids about school and athletics is to make sure you stay on top of your classes. School comes first and your sport second. In college, if you don't keep your grades up you aren't allowed to play basketball. An education lasts a lifetime, which is why it is so important to stay on top of your studies.

A::I am looking forward to the America East Men's Basketball Championship for the chance to win and go to the NCAA Tournament. The Agganis Areana in Boston will be a great atmosphere to play in; I am excited for the opportunity to play for a conference title.
