America East Conference and MBC Teleproductions of Allentown, Pa. will partner to produce and distribute no fewer than 18 men’s and women’s basketball games this season. The syndicated network includes local over-the-air stations, sports cable outlets throughout the East and, for the first time in conference history, a free live streaming video feed, courtesy of College Sports Television, at www.AmericaEast.com.

A total of eight women’s and 10 men’s games make up the current 18-game schedule. All nine America East teams – University at Albany, Binghamton University, Boston University, University of Hartford, University of Maine, UMBC, University of New Hampshire, Stony Brook University and University of Vermont – will each be featured in at least one men’s and one women’s game during the season.
The league’s TV package gets underway on Saturday, January 7 as Binghamton hosts New Hampshire at 12 noon in women’s basketball action. The game can be seen live on Fox Sports New England (FSNE) and on WIVT in the Binghamton area (Satellite Coordinates: AMC 9, Transponder 3, KU band). The men’s TV slate begins on Sunday, January 8, also at Binghamton, as the Bearcats welcome Stony Brook at 4:30 p.m. That contest can be seen live on Madison Square Garden Network (MSG) and WIVT (Satellite Coordinates: AMC 9, Transponder 5, KU band). Both of those contests can also be seen live on the web through CSTV’s “America East All Access” at www.AmericaEast.com.
Bob Picozzi enters his ninth season as the lead play-by-play announcer for the America East TV men's and women's games. Former America East Player of the Year Ron Perry is the lead color analyst for the men's games, while Leah Secondo will serve as the color analyst for all eight women’s broadcasts. Mike Werteen is senior producer/director and Chris Day is producer.
