BOSTON – Three weeks into #AEMLAX play, Binghamton sits atop the league standings as the only unbeaten team at 2-0. The Bearcats were idle in conference play last week, but UAlbany, Bryant and Vermont posted wins to better than positions in the standings.
UAlbany played stifling defense in a 17-6 win over UMass Lowell while Bryant beat UMBC, 12-7, to knock the Retrievers from the rank of the unbeatens. Vermont posted its second-straight win, and posted a season high in goals with a 19-8 victory over NJIT.
This week, conference play continues with another three-game slate as UMass Lowell hosts UMBC on Friday while Bryant visits NJIT and Binghamton welcomes UAlbany both on Saturday.
Fans will once again be able to watch the majority of the #AEMLAX this season. Select games will air on The AE on ESPN while others will air on AmericaEast.TV.
