BOSTON – The last full weekend of non-league action saw Vermont extend its win streak to four games while Maine and Binghamton also earned wins to extend wins streaks to two apiece. Conference play gets underway on September 22 and every point is crucial with only six of the nine #AEWSOC teams earning bids to the America East Championship.

- Vermont won twice last week to extend its win streak to four games, beating Sacred Heart and Stonehill. The Catamount registered the best win percentage in non-league among #AEWSOC teams (.722), going 5-1-3.
- Binghamton shutout LeMoyne Sunday and has outscored opponents 6-0 in its last two games.
- The Bearcats travel to Maine next week in a battle of the two teams that finished first and second in the 2023 conference standings.
- Also on Sunday, UMBC hosts UAlbany, NJIT visits Bryant and UNH welcomes Vermont.

Offensive Player of the Week
Mackenzie Ryder, Binghamton – Sr., Forward, Oxford, Mass.
- Had a three-point game in Binghamton’s lone contest of the week, a 2-0 win at LeMoyne on Sunday.
- Scored the Bearcats’ first goal, the game winner, in the 28th minute and set up the insurance tally in the 86th minute.
- This is Ryder’s first career #AEWSOC Offensive Player of the Week honor.
Defensive Player & Rookie of the Week
Grace Wilson, Maine – Fr., Goalkeeper, Adelaide, Australia
- Stopped all five shots they faced in a 1-0 win over Holy Cross on Sunday.
- Wilson recorded the shutout in their first career collegiate action.
- This is Wilson’s first #AEWSOC Defensive Player and Rook of the Week honors this season.
