#AEBASE Week 10: Binghamton Secures Sweep While Bryant Stays on Top

BOSTON – Binghamton earned its first #AEBASE series sweep of the year, while Bryant and NJIT each won two of three to stay in the top half of the conference standings midway through conference play.

The Bearcats captured three games from UAlbany to improve to 6-9 in conference play. Bryant maintained its position at the top of the standings by taking two of three from UMass Lowell. NJIT started its week with a wild 27-14 victory over St. Peter’s and finished by beating UMBC twice at home.

Seven non-conference games on Tuesday this week, followed by three crucial weekend matchups. Binghamton seeks to keep up the strong play with three at Maine, while UAlbany welcomes a hot-hitting NJIT program. UMBC plays at UMass Lowell, while Bryant travels to face Pitt for three contests.

The preseason poll was announced on January 24.
