BOSTON – Two tickets will be punched to the 2024 Jersey Mike’s America East Men’s Basketball Championship Game on Tuesday as the #AEPlayoffs semifinals take place. No. 1 Vermont hosts No. 4 New Hampshire in the first semifinal at 5 p.m. on ESPN2 and ESPN+ while No. 2 UMass Lowell hosts No. 3 Bryant at 6 p.m. on ESPN+.

No. 4 New Hampshire at No. 1 Vermont – 5 PM
- Two of the conference’s charter members meet in the semifinals as New Hampshire visits Vermont.
- This will be the 162nd all-time meeting in the series with UVM holding a 111-49 edge. The Catamounts have won three straight and 18 of last 19 vs. UNH.
- New Hampshire has not won in Burlington since 2000 as UVM has won the last 25 meetings at Patrick Gym.
- Vermont tries to reach its eighth title game in the last nine years and 16th ever while UNH aims for its first-ever win in the semifinals its 13th appearance.
- Vermont is a perfect 7-0 vs. UNH in the #AEPlayoffs including 3-0 in the semifinals. The last meeting came in 2017, a 74-41 win in the semis.
- UNH advanced to the semifinals for the second-straight year with a 77-64 win over Binghamton in the quarterfinals.
- America East Player of Year Clarence Daniels 20 points and 14 rebounds to lead the Wildcats to the semis for the second-straight year.
- The Catamounts survived a scare in the quarterfinals beating #8 UAlbany, 75-72. TJ Long’s three-pointer with 30 seconds left gave Vermont the lead for good.
- The No. 1 seed has reached every America East title game following a full season since 2015.
No. 3 Bryant at No. 2 UMass Lowell – 6 PM
- UMass Lowell and Bryant meet for the first time in postseason.
- A win sends UMass Lowell its 3rd #AEPlayoffs title game in the last five years.
- A Bryant victory would result in its first-ever title game appearance.
- UMass Lowell has won all four Division I meetings between the two teams, including sweeping the season series.
- The River Hawks averaged 87.5 points per game in the two meetings this year, winning 86-77 at Bryant on Feb. 17 and 89-67 at home on Feb. 29.
- The River Hawks needed overtime but got past No. 7 UMBC, 94-89, on Saturday to get to the semis for the second-straight year.
- Bryant shot a blistering 58 percent from the field and got a career-high 35 points from Rafael Pinzon to beat #7 Maine, 84-58, on Saturday.
