Kenzie Doyle Qualifies for NCAA Track & Field Championships

BOSTON – UMass Lowell graduate student Kenzie Doyle has qualified for the 2024 NCAA Division Track & Field Championships in the 5000 meters, as announced by the NCAA on Wednesday evening.
 
The 2024 Championships will be held at the Track at New Balance, from March 7 – 9. Doyle will race on Friday evening at 8:20 pm in the final of the 5000 meters. She is seeded 11 out of 16 competitor  who made the final field in the 5000 meters with her time of 5:27.42 that nshe set back in December. Fans can watch the race and the entire championships on ESPN+.
 
This is Doyle’s first trip to the Indoor Track & Field Championships. She reached the 2023 Outdoor Championships in the 10,000 meters, taking 17th overall in the event.
 
Last week Doyle was named the America East’s Most Outstanding Track Performer at the 2024 #AETF Championships as she won individual gold in the 1 mile, 3000m and 5000m events.
