BOSTON – New Hampshire and UMass Lowell competed in its final preparations before the much-anticipated 2024 #AEXC Championships on Saturday, November 2 at Hard'Ack Recreation Area in St. Albans, Vermont.
Next weekend, all nine institutions will be in action with the women’s 5k race beginning at 11:00 AM and men’s 8k race starting at 12:00 PM. Both races will be shown live on AmericaEast.TV and results will be updated throughout each race on https://lancertiming.com/.

Female Performer & Rookie of the Week
Ruth White, New Hampshire – Fr., Orono, Maine
- White finished third in the CCSU 3k Mini-Meet at 9:53.9.
- The Orono, Maine native ignited the Wildcats to a sixth-place finish on Friday.
Male Performer of the Week
Paul Neilan, UMass Lowell – Graduate Student
- Finished fourth in the Varsity 5k at the CCSU Mini-Meet at a time of 14:39.16.
- Neilan bested his previous personal best in the 5k on Friday.
Male Rookie of the Week
Patrick Hall, UMass Lowell- Fr., Billerica, MA.
- The freshman earned eighth in the Sub Varsity 5k at the CCSU Mini-Meet with a time of 15:26.7.
- This is Hall’s second Rookie of the Week honor of the fall (9/24/24).
