UAlbany 54, Maine 46 – Box Score The Great Danes jumped out to a 19-2 lead in the opening quarter, holding UNH without a field goal for the first 11 minutes. The Wildcats outscored UAlbany 27-15 to close the gap to five after three quarters but never got closer than four in the final ten minutes. Helene Haegerstrand led the offense with 12 points, six rebounds and one block, while Sarah Karpell added seven points, and six assists. Bella Stuart anchored UNH with 15 points and three steals. They jumped out to a 16-8 lead and led Bryant 49-25 after three quarters on the way to victory. Four players scored in double figures, led by Keira Hanson with 16 points, five rebounds and four steals, while Andjela Matic added 11 points, five rebounds and two steals. However, Maine countered with a 17-5 run in the third quarter to grab a two-point advantage. The Black Bears pushed their lead to ten points midway through the period and held on for the three-point victory. Adrianna Smith had 19 points, 15 rebounds and two blocks while Paula Gallego added 10 points and 11 boards. Denai Bowman had 14 points, three rebounds and three steals for Binghamton. They kept the Highlanders at bay over the final 20 minute to conclude with an 11-point victory and improve to 3-4 in #AEHoops action. Anna Blount had 17 points, five rebounds and two steals while Jaden Walker added 12 points and seven rebounds. Trinity Williams came through with 15 points, six rebounds and four blocks for NJIT.
