BOSTON – Six different teams earned at least one victory during the opening weekend of #AEFH action, led by Bryant and New Hampshire who both went a perfect 2-0 to begin their seasons.
The Wildcats took down Quinnipiac 4-3 in overtime and then shut out Michigan State 4-0, while Bryant secured its first 2-0 start since 2002 with wins over Saint Louis and Lindenwood. UMass Lowell, Maine, UAlbany and UVM all went 1-1 last weekend, with each loss coming to a nationally ranked opponent.
It’s another busy weekend of action, headlined by New Hampshire traveling to Ohio State and Bryant hosting Providence on Friday as both programs seek to stay unbeaten. Cal and Stanford look to get in the win column as they host #5 Penn State on consecutive days. UAlbany, meanwhile, plays host to #7 Iowa and Maine hosts both Boston U. and Ohio on consecutive days.
