BOSTON – The 2023-24 Men’s #AEHoops season has arrived with 21 contests over the next week as the league looks to make a splash to begin the year. Follow along with this article below to catch up on all the big wins as they happen over the first seven days.

Monday, Nov. 6
at Vermont 66, Merrimack 55 - Box Score
The reigning America East champions got off to a good start by downing the defending NEC champions. Shamir Bogues scored 17 of his 19 points in the first half of his Catamount debut.
at UMass Lowell 96, Rivier 51 - Box Score
The River Hawks earned their first win of the 2023-24 season by shooting 55 percent from the floor and holding Rivier to 32 percent. Ayinde Hikim and Abdoul Karim Coulabaly each scored 15 points to lead a balanced UML attack.
at Louisville 94, UMBC 93 - Box Score
UMBC led for much of the contest at perenial ACC powerhouse Louiville but came up just short despite a career-high 28 points from Dion Brown.
at Northwestern 72, Binghamton 61 - Box Score
The Bearcats led by three at halftime but got outscored by 14 in the second half. Tymu Chenery led five Bearcats in twin figures with 13 points.
at Syracuse 83, New Hampshire 72 - Box Score
Clarence Daniels, a first-team All-Conference choice last year and preseason All-Conference selection this year, led all scorers with 21 points as UNH outscored Syracuse by one in the second half but ultimately fell in Nathan Davis' debut on the bench.
at Charlotte 69, Maine 52 - Box Score
A.J. Lopez, a transfer from UNH, led Maine by scoring 13 points off the bench. The Black Bears shot just 33 percent from the floor in falling on the road.
#13 Miami 101, NJIT 60 - Box Score
Adam Hess led the Highlanders with 14 points in Grant Billmeier's head coaching debut.
Manhattan 63, at Bryant 61 - Box Score
In back and forth contest that featured seven ties and 13 lead changes, the Bulldogs came up just short. First-team All-Conference choice last year and preseason All-Conference selection this year, Sherif Gross-Bullock led Bryant with 14 points.
Tuesday, Nov. 7
at UMass 92, UAlbany 71 – Box Score
The Great Danes faced a tough UMass squad and fell behind by 20 at the half, but put up 45 points in the second 20 minutes while being outscored by just one point. Sebastian Thomas led the team with 19 points and two rebounds.
Wednesday, Nov. 8
Fisher at Bryant – 4 p.m.
Maine at Presque Isle at Maine – 6 p.m.
Curry at New Hampshire – 7 p.m.
Four teams have midweek games, highlighted by UAlbany’s season-opener at UMass on Tuesday as new-look Great Danes travel east to Amherst to battle the Minutemen. Wednesday’s three matchups feature the home openers for Bryant, Maine and New Hampshire.
Friday, Nov. 10
UMass Lowell at Dartmouth – 6 p.m.
Binghamton at Pittsburgh – 7 p.m.
The Bearcats continue their tough start to season with a game at Pitt from the ACC, while the River Hawks go on the road for the first time this season at Dartmouth.
Saturday, Nov. 11
Marist at UMBC – 3:30 p.m.
Saint Peter’s at NJIT – 4:00 p.m.
Plattsburgh St. at Vermont – 7 p.m.
UAlbany at Columbia – 7 p.m.
Sunday, Nov. 12
Bryant at Rutgers – 12 p.m.
Merrimack at Maine – 4 p.m.
Keystone at Binghamton – 6:07 p.m.
It’s a full weekend of action with seven different programs playing, including five at home. The big matchup of the weekend is Bryant at Rutgers, as the Bulldogs have the eyes of a giant killer.
UMBC welcomes Marist in its first home game of the season while NJIT battles with Saint Peter’s in regional supremacy. Maine and Binghamton both play their first home games, seeking wins over Merrimack and Keystone. UAlbany is also in action at Columbia.
