The Catamounts dominated Manhattan en route to 15-3 win in an opening round game on Wednesday. With the win, Vermont advanced to take on top-seeded and No. 1 ranked Maryland on Sunday. The game starts at noon and will air on ESPNU. It's the 15th all-time win for an America East team in the NCAA tournament and ninth since 2006. The victory was Vermont's 10th in a row, a program record. Thomas McConvey, the America East Offensive Player of the Year, and Michael McCormack each scored five goals for the Catamounts.
