Mackay Named All-American for Fourth Consecutive Season

BIRMINGHAM, Ala. – Emily Mackay added more All-American honors to her resumé last weekend after competing in the 3,000-meter run at NCAA Indoor Track and Field Championships.

The senior finished 15th in the event finals to earn Second-Team All-America status. She also had the 12th-fastest mile time to earn another spot on the second team.

Mackay is now a four-time USTFCCCA All-American during her career at Binghamton. The 2022 NCAA Indoor Track & Field Championships marked the fourth national championship meet Mackay has taken part in. She placed seventh overall in the 5,000 at the 2021 NCAA Outdoor Track & Field Championships and still has eligibility for the upcoming outdoor track & field season.
