BOSTON – It was a strong week for #AEHoops teams, who pick up five more wins. UMBC led the way with two more victories to run its win streak to seven games.
Teams wrap up non-league play over the next 10 days before conference play starts on Dec. 31.

Fans will once again be able to watch every #AEHoops game this season regardless of where they live! The majority games will air on The AE on ESPN, either ESPN+ or ESPN3, in the United States. Games will also be available internationally on AmericaEast.TV. Those games will be available on computers, OTT devices and the brand new America East app, which is available on all IOS and Android devices and can be found by searching ‘America East Conference’ in app stores.

Player of the Week
Kevin Osawe, NJIT – Gr., Forward, Toronto, Ont.
- Recorded a double-double of 16 points and 13 rebounds in a win over Niagara.
- Added a pair of assists.
- This is Osawe’s first career #AEHoops Player of the Week honor
Rookie of the Week
Dion Brown, UMBC – Fr., Guard, Great Barrington, Mass.
- Averaged 16.5 points and 3.0 rebounds per game off the bench in a 2-0 week for UMBC.
- Shot 79 percent from the floor (15-for-19).
- Scored career-high 21 points in only 19 minutes of action in win over Loyola.
- This is Brown’s first career #AEHoops Rookie of the Week honor.
