BOSTON – With the 2022 America East Men’s Soccer Championship set to start on Saturday, the conference released its All-Conference, All-Rookie and All-Academic awards on Friday morning.
Regular Season Champion New Hampshire led all programs with nine All-Conference selections, including a league-best five on the First Team. Vermont, ranked eighth nationally, was second with eight total, including four First-Team honorees. UMBC was third among all schools with four All-Conference selections.
The All-Conference & All-Rookie teams, were determined in a vote by the league's head coaches who were not permitted to vote for their own players. The All-Academic team was voted on by a committee of administrators from the conference’s member institutions.

The 2022 America East #AEMSOC Championship gets underway with quarterfinal action on Saturday, Nov. 5. #3 UAlbany hosts #6 NJIT at 4 p.m. while #4 UMBC welcomes #5 Binghamton at 7 p.m. Top seed UNH hosts the winner of UMBC/Binghamton at 6 p.m. on Nov. 10 while #2 Vermont welcomes either UAlbany or NJIT at 7 p.m. The highest remaining seed will host the conference title on Sunday, Nov. 13.
