BOSTON – No. 23 Maine secured an undefeated regular season with a pair of victories this weekend, while No. 17 UAlbany and UMass Lowell both finished with 6-2 records in conference play thanks to wins on Friday.
The seeding for the final four spots came down to the final contest of the regular season, as Stanford’s win over New Hampshire gave them the No. 5 seed. Vermont secured the No. 4 seed with a victory over California earlier in the day, while UNH took the final spot over California.
The #AEFH Championship begins this Thursday at Maine with quarterfinal action. UMass Lowell faces UNH in one quarterfinal while Vermont and Stanford play in the other. The full schedule, along with links to live stats and video can be found at our

Maddie Moran, Vermont – Gr., Forward, Gardner, Mass.
- Tallied one goal and one assist in 4-3 overtime victory against Cal.
- Scored the game-tying goal with no time remaining in regulation and then assisted on the game-winner in OT to lift UVM to victory and its best playoff seed in 15 years.
- This is Moran’s second #AEFH Offensive Player of the Week honor.
Defensive Player of the Week
Julie Rodijk, UAlbany – Sr., Defense, Huizen, Netherlands
- Scored twice in a 4-0 shutout of Bryant.
- Part of a defense which only allowed one shot and zero shots on goal.
- This is Rodijk’s second #AEFH Defensive Player of the Week honor.
Rookie of the Week
Isabelle Halters, UMass Lowell – Fr., Forward, Noordwijk, Netherlands
- Posted one goal and two assists in a 1-1 week for UMass Lowell
- Had one assist in a 4-1 win over Cal.
- Posted one goal and one assist in a 3-2 loss to Monmouth
