BOSTON - This weekend’s meets were marked by standout performances in two meets. At the IC4A/ECAC Cross Country Championships, UMass Lowell men’s team took home fourth place, while the women placed seventh led by a first place finish by Kenzie Doyle. New Hampshire women’s team also placed fourth to round out the top ten team finishes in that meet. Vermont hosted the Fall Foliage Invitational where both of Vermont’s men’s and women’s teams placed first overall in the meet. New Hampshire, Bryant and NJIT also competed there and placed second, third and fourth respectively for the men, while the Bryant women took second at the Fall Foliage Invitational.

Female Performer of the Week
Kenzie Doyle, UMass Lowell - Sr., Swansea, Mass.
- Took first in the ECAC Cross Country Championships.
- With a final time of 20:45.1 and an average pace of 5:33.9 Doyle helped lift UMass Lowell to a seventh-place team finish.
- This is Doyle’s second AEXC Weekly Award of the season
Male Performer of the Week
John Riley, UMass Lowell - Sr., Quincy, Mass.
- Led the River Hawks to a fourth-place finish at the 2022 IC4A/ECAC Championships with a seventh-place individual finish
- His finishing time was 24:08.6 with an average pace of 4:51.4
- This is Riley’s second AEXC Weekly Award of the season
