After a six game regular-season spring that saw every game played, the top four #AEMSOC teams are ready for the Spring 2021 America East Men's Soccer Championship! New Hampshire, Vermont, NJIT and Hartford will all vie for the league title to cap off this unique 2020-21 season.
New Hampshire, the #11 team in the country, won its second-straight regular-season title by beating Vermont, 2-1, on Friday to win Pod A. The Wildcats finish 5-0-1 in conference play, earning the top seed and hosting rights for the championship, which will be played April 15-17 at Wildcat Stadium.
The Wildcats will be joined in the field by the Catamounts, the #2 seed and wild card team, as well as #3 NJIT, Pod C champs, and #4 Hartford, the top team in Pod B.
UNH and Hartford will square off in the first semifinal on Thursday at 2 p.m. in a rematch of the 2019 title game while Vermont and NJIT, which is making its first tournament appearance in its first year in the league, meet at 7 p.m. in the second semifinal.
The winners will play for the #AEMSOC title on Saturday, April 17 at 4 p.m.
