BOSTON – League play kicked off last weekend with Binghamton, New Hampshire and Stony Brook earning wins.
The preseason poll and season details were announced on Feb. 10.
Fans will once again be able to watch the majority of #AEWSOC this season. Select games will air on The AE on ESPN while others will air on AmericaEast.TV. Those games will be available on computers, OTT devices and the brand new America East app, which is available on all IOS and Android devices and can be found by searching ‘America East Conference’ in app stores.

Offensive Player of the Week
Chelsie DePonte, Stony Brook – Sr., Midfielder, Honolulu, Hawaii
- Had a goal and an assist in Stony Brook’s 3-1 win over UMBC on Sunday.
- This is DePonte’s first Offensive Player of the Week honor of the season.
Defensive Player of the Week
Cat Sheppard, New Hampshire – Jr., Goalkeeper, Nesconset, N.Y.
- Commanded the defense and made a pair of saves in UNH’s 1-0 win in overtime against Maine on Sunday.
- The shutout is the seventh of her career.
- This is Sheppard’s second Defensive Player of the Week award of the season and third of her career, (2/13/21, 9/16/19).
Rookie of the Week
Emily Bini, New Hampshire – Fr., F/M, Guilderland, N.Y.
- Set up the game-winning goal in UNH’s 1-0 OT win over Maine on Sunday.
- This is Bini’s first career Rookie of the Week award.
