The final three will be settled on Saturday. UMBC earned the top seed on Friday with its win over Vermont. The Retrievers are regular-season champions for the second time in league history and the first time since the 2007-08 season. The Catamounts also earned a share of the regular-season crown, their fifth in the row, and will be the #2 seed. UMBC and Vermont will have byes until the #AEPlayoffs semifinals. The Wildcats will play the winner of the #6-#7 matchup, which takes place Saturday. Hartford earned the #4 seed by virture of UAlbany's loss. The Hawks will face #9 Binghamton with the winner facing the winner of the #5-#8 matchup. The winner of UAlbany-Stony Brook contest Sunday will be the #5 seed, while UMass Lowell is locked into the sixth spot. NJIT will be #7 with a win over Binghamton and #8 with a loss.
