BOSTON – Conference play in #AEHoops starts in less than two weeks and one of the first men’s matchups will be broadcast nationally on ESPNU. The network has chosen the New Hampshire at Vermont matchup on Jan. 6 to be aired nationally.
This will mark the 15th-consecutive season that a men’s #AEHoops regular-season game will air on ESPNU.
Vermont (7-4) and UNH (5-4) are top two #AEHoops in NCAA NET at 94 and 171, respectively.
The game will feature two of the top players in the conference. Reigning America East Player of the Year Ryan Davis paces Vermont. He is third in the league is scoring this season (16.9 ppg) and eighth in rebounding (5.7 rpg). Jayden Martinez, a first-team All-Conference choice a year ago, is second in scoring (17.6 ppg) and leads the league in rebounding (7.7 rpg).
Conference play begins on Jan. 2. The full league schedule can be found here. Fans will once again be able to watch every #AEHoops game this season regardless of where they live! The majority games will air on The AE on ESPN, either ESPN+ or ESPN3, in the United States. Games will also be available internationally on AmericaEast.TV. Those games will be available on computers, OTT devices and the brand new America East app, which is available on all IOS and Android devices and can be found by searching ‘America East Conference’ in app stores.
