Two America East field hockey major award winners added All-America honors to their resumés on Tuesday.
Maine midfielder Cassandra Mascarenhas was named to the NFHCA All-America Second Team for her second career All-America honor. Mascarenhas helped the Black Bears win their first America East championship this season. The grad student was also named to the All-America Third Team in 2019.
Bloem van den Brekel capped her decorated career at New Hampshire as an All-American. The midfielder-turned-defender earned a spot of the NFHCA All-America Third Team.

27 #AEFH student-athletes have been named All-Americans over the past eight seasons, dating back to when UAlbany great Paula Heuser was named National Player of the Year.
