Hartford's Davis Earns All-America Honors
Following a stellar indoor track and field season, Hartford senior Terrel Davis has been deemed an All-American by USTFCCA. It is the second time this calendar year that Davis has rewritten Hartford history. He became the first Hawk to qualify for NCAA Indoor Track and Field Championships in February and is now the first to be named an All-American.
The talented jumper set a new America East indoor championship record in the long jump with his gold medal mark of 25’2” becoming the first male student-athlete to clear 25 feet at the championship meet. Davis's performance capped an outstanding run of three titles in four years in the event.
