#AETF Student-Athletes Tabbed All-Americans
AUSTIN, Tex. - Four student-athletes capped their seasons at NCAA Outdoor Track and Field Championships headlined by Venique Harris finishing sixth in the discus with a throw of 56.89m. The UAlbany senior earned First-Team All-America status, becoming the ninth #AETF standout to be recognized on the All-American First Team over the past five years.
UMass Lowell’s Paul Hogan, who placed eleventh in the men’s 10,000-meter run, became the first River Hawk to earn All-America status in his final collegiate race. The graduate student’s time of 29:42.60 placed him on the second team.
UAlbany’s Devon Willis finished 17th in the triple jump with a final mark of 15.83m and UMBC’s Alexios Prodanas placed 19th in the hammer throw, tossing 65.66m. Both earned honorable mention All-American status.
