BOSTON – Anthony Lamb returned from injury to lead first-place Vermont to a win at UMass Lowell Saturday to wrap up the first half of conference play. The Catamounts sit atop the men’s #AEHoops standings at 7-1 followed by UMBC (6-2), Stony Brook (6-2), UMass Lowell (4-4),  Hartford (4-4), Maine (3-5), UAlbany (3-5), Binghamton (2-6) and New Hampshire (1-7).

Andrew Fleming, Maine – Jr., Forward, Norway, Maine
  • Averaged 21.5 points, 9.5 rebounds, 2.5 assists and 2.5 steals in a 2-0 week for Maine.
  • Scored a career-high 38 points on 18-of-20 shooting in Maine’s win at UMass Lowell Wednesday.
  • The 18 field goals tied America East’s single game record and his 90 percent shooting effort was the best by any college basketball player with at least 20 attempts in the last 20 years.
  • This is Fleming’s first Player of the Week honor this season and of his career.
Rookie of the Week
Cameron Healy, UAlbany – R-Fr., Guard, Sydney, Australia
  • Averaged 23.5 points, 6.0 rebounds and 2.0 assists in a 2-0 week for UAlbany.
  • Shot 16-of-30 from the field (.530) including 11-of-22 (.500) from three-point land.
  • Had a career-high 31 points and matched UAlbany’s program record with nine three-pointers in a win over Binghamton Saturday.
  • This is Healy’s second career #AEHoops Rookie of the Week (12/3)..
