Binghamton Stays Perfect, Stony Brook Beats Pitt to Highlight #AEHoops Week #5
BOSTON – Through five weeks of the #AEHoops season, Binghamton remains perfect and, at 9-0, is one of just 15 unbeaten teams in the nation. Only five of those teams have won nine games, which the Bearcats accomplished with a 59-56 comeback win at Cornell on Thursday. Stony Brook (8-1) earned a strong road win of its own on Sunday, beating Pittsburgh 59-56 for their fifth consecutive win. It is the second time in as many seasons the Seawolves have defeated a Power-5 team.
