UMBC & New Hampshire Capture Week 8 #AEVB Awards
BOSTON – UAlbany and New Hampshire highlight this past week by having a perfect 2-0 week. The Great Danes remain as the only undefeated team in league play with a 5-0 record while the Wildcats sit in second place with a 4-1 record and the Hawks in third at 3-2.

Co-Player of the Week
Kennedi Smith, New Hampshire – Sr., OH, The Woodlands, TX
- Had 21 kills and averaged 3.5 kills per set in 2-0 week.
- Made 18 digs averaging 3.00 digs per set.
- Also had 2 blocks and an assist.
- This is Smith's sixth career Player of the Week honor.
Co-Player of the Week
Carmen Freeman, UMBC – Jr., OH, Memphis, TN
- Had 17 kills on .355 hitting; averaging 5.6 kills per set in 1-0 week.
- Made 8 digs.
- Also had an ace and a block.
- This is Freeman's second career Player of the Week honor.
Setter of the Week
Taylor Dunn, UMBC – Jr., S, Virginia Beach, VA
- Totaled 41 assists, averaging 13.7 assists per set in 1-0 week.
- Added 8 digs, an ace and a block in sweep over Binghamton.
- This is Dunn's first career Setter of the Week award.
Defensive Specialist of the Week
Emily Tanski, New Hampshire – Sr., L, Plymouth, MI
- Had 28 digs averaging 4.67 per set.
- Tallied 7 assists.
- This is Tanski's tenth career Rookie of the Week honor.
Rookie of the Week
Wren Macaulay, New Hampshire – Fr., S, Lake Orion, MI
- Tallied 30 assists and 12 digs in 2-0 week for the Wildcats.
- Averaged 5.00 assists per set and 2.17 digs per set.
- Added 4 kills and an ace.
- This is Macaulay's second career Rookie of the Week honor.
