Binghamton, UNH, UMass Lowell, Stony Brook Take #AEMSOC League Openers
BOSTON – #AEMSOC conference play got underway over the weekend with Binghamton, New Hampshire, UMass Lowell, the #18 team in the country, and Stony Brook earning wins. Four more conference contests take place this upcoming weekend.

Offensive Player of the Week
Jack Doherty, New Hampshire – Jr., Forward, Meridan, N.H.
- Scored the lone goal in New Hampshire’s 1-0 win over UMBC Saturday.
- Sent home a rebound in the seventh minute for his first goal of the season.
- This is Doherty’s first Offensive Player of the Week award of the season and first of his career.
Defensive Player of the Week
Patrik Gujac, UMass Lowell – Fr., Goalkeeper, Bjelovar, Croatia
- Earned his first career shutout by making a caree-best six stops in UMass Lowell’s 2-0 win over Vermont Saturday.
- This is Gujac’s first career Defensive Player of the Week honor.
Rookie of the Week
Renato Kauzlaric, UMass Lowell – Fr., Forward, Zagreb, Croatia
- Scored his first career goal vs. Vermont on Saturday, the game winner in the River Hawk’s win over the Catamounts.
- This is Kauzlaric’s first #AEMSOC Rookie of the Week award of his career.
