New Hampshire's Bauer Earns All-America Status

After leading his team to its first-ever America East men’s soccer championship and earning America East Defender of the Year honors, New Hampshire’s Josh Bauer was named an 2018 All-American on Friday. The honor was bestowed by the United Soccer Coaches’ Association.

Bauer, a sophomore defender, was named America East Defender of the Year after leading one of the top defensive units in the country. He helped UNH capture its first-ever America East men's soccer championship and was named Most Outstanding Player of the tournament.

Bauer is the 10th #AEMSOC standout to earn All-America honors in the last eight years and 32nd all-time.
