Albany, Hartford Stretch Win Streaks, Collect WBB #AEHoops Awards
BOSTON – The Albany Great Danes continued to roll last week, picking up a pair of road victories. They are now 5-1 on the road this season and are winners of three straight. The Maine Black Bears also won a key road contest over the weekend, defeating Ivy League foe Dartmouth 64-51.

Player of the Week
Janelle Harrison, Hartford – Sr., F, Cromwell, Conn.
- Averaged a double-double to lead the Hawks to a 2-0 week.
- Shot 61 percent in two games combined, led by an 8-for-12 performance against CCSU.
- Averaged 4.0 steals per game.
- It is Harrison’s second career #AEHoops Player of the Week honor.
Rookie of the Week
Patricia Conroy, Albany – Fr., G, Staten Island, N.Y.
- Scored career-high 12 points in win at Siena.
- Shot 43 percent from the field in 2-0 week for the Great Danes.
- Added a pair of assists and a pair of rebounds in 19 minutes against Manhattan.
- It is her first career #AEHoops Rookie of the Week award
