1st #3PAcademy Digital Series Event of 2017 Takes Place Wednesday 10/24/2017 3:56:32 PM The first #3Pillars Academy Live digital series event of 2017 will take on Wednesday, October 25 at 7 p.m. and feature Vincent Pierson, the MiLB’s Manager of Diversity & Inclusion The #3Pillars Academy focuses on providing professional development and educational opportunities to administrators and coaches from both inside and outside the conference. The initiative is overseen and organized by the conference’s Senior Woman Administrators. Peirson will discuss why diversity & inclusion initiatives are so important in the sports business and specifically the work the MiLB has done. The MiLB F.I.E.L.D. (Foster Inclusion through Education & Leadership Development) program holds a week-long program each summer to immerse men and women in everything MiLB – working games, attending meetings, professional development workshops and much more!
