Six #AEHoops Student-Athletes Honored with National Academic Award

KANSAS CITY - Six standout America East men's basketball student-athletes were named to the 2015-16 National Association of Basketball Coaches (NABC) Honors Court on Tuesday. The Honors Court recognizes collegiate basketball student-athletes across all three NCAA divisions and NAIA who excelled in academics during the past year.

The NABC Honors Court recognizes the talents and gifts that the recognized student-athletes possess off the court and the hard work they exhibit in the classroom. Eligible candidates for the Honors Court must be a varsity player who has spent at least one year at their current institution, reached junior academic standing and finished the 2015-16 academic year with a minimum of 3.20 cumulative GPA.
